R&D Engineer (Sugar Land, TX) 

Design, develop engineering software tools(including desktop and internal web-based components )for diagnostics, reporting, and data processing using C# .NET. Contribute to circuit schematics design, PCB layout using OrCAD and Allegro. Assist in signal quality analysis, diagnostics using geophysical inversion and machine learning algorithms implemented in R and Python. Support embedded firmware testing with C/C++ and Unix Shell scripts.

MS + 1 yr. related experience.
